So, recently
thenotoriousso4 and I realized that the characters we began writing in a RPG a bit over 6 years ago (which took place in 2000/2001), would be coming upon their 10th wedding anniversary on January 9, 2011. So I don't think we're doing too badly getting this posted the next day!

Characters: Lee and Lavender Jordan-Brown
Word Count: ~2700
Rating: Hard R
Warnings: Spanking? Do people warn for that? Roving pov since it's written kind of RP-style.
Summary: Little L'Elle has a special relationship with the big, scary mansion.
A/N: Background notes: Lee Jordan was a handyman who didn't really know how to be handy and Lavender Brown was an heiress in need of a handyman. And then they were in love (with an adorable name smush). So now they live in the big, scary, magical mansion that Lavender inherited from her parents with Lee's bff Greg (L'Greg) Goyle and Luna Lovegood. They have three children, Lucy, Lorne and L'Elle (Luna insisted since she didn't want L'Greg to be the only one with an unnatural L name) and they are still trying to figure out the big, scary mansion.
Lavender pulled her hair over one shoulder as she bent over and put the last of the boxes away in the hall closet at the far end of the south wing. Now that the children were old enough to help out, Lee had decided he wanted to resume "decluttering the creepy house", as he liked to say.
And she had to agree it was a good idea. She still had frequent dreams of being buried alive under the pile of green jumpers she had found a few years back in closet on the other side of the house.
"Lucy, Lorne, L'Elle!" she called down the hall. "Time to head back to the kitchen for our five o'clock check in!"
"Hey! Whoa! Watch it!" Lee said, jumping and staggering under an enormous box as the children came thundering through. "One... Two... Three. All here, Crumpet!"
It was probably a miracle that the creepy house hadn't eaten them yet, but not one Lee was going to take for granted.
"I told you there was nothing to worry about," Lavender said with a smile as she followed behind them into the kitchen, stopping to give Lee a kiss on the cheek. "This house has never eaten anyone. I don't think it's about to start now."
She looked down at the awkwardly large box he was carrying. "So... what have you found this time? It better not be something you're planning on experimenting with. I swear I am not regrowing your hair again! Nine times is just too many. I swear, it's going to damage your brain."
"You're telling me. I need to keep my wits about me in this place. But I'm not exactly sure what's in this one, love," said Lee. "Although, I think I'm ninety-nine percent convinced nothing in it is still alive. Much."
He dropped the box at his feet, frowning as it rumbled. "Ninety-seven percent convinced?"
Lavender frowned.
"Well, whatever it is don't show it to Greg. Or Luna. Or the children. In fact, why don't we just let Glicket handle this, alright love?"
She nudged the box with the pointed tip of her high heel and it made a low growling sound.
"Where... where did you find that box? I'm thinking whatever room it was in should go on the quarantine list."
"Already done," said Lee. "And, uh, maybe this one should go down to the incinerator?"
The box started to twitch and Lee pulled out his wand to cast a stunning spell.
"Yeeeah," he said. "Kids aren't gonna see that--Speaking of the kids, why am I only counting two heads at the end of the hall?"
Lavender put a hand above her eyes, squinting as she peered down the long hall.
"Well, to start with they are supposed to be eating their dinner. I hadn't planned to take them over to the east wing until six," she said with a sigh. "But I'm starting to think this whole 'the kids can help us out!' thing isn't going to work."
She ducked her head into the kitchen for a moment hoping one of them had decided to behave for once, but as she suspected, no one was in there.
"Kids!" she yelled as she looked back down the hall. "Get back down here! All of you!"
Lee's heart plummeted to his stomach as he recognized the sound of only two sets of feet racing down the hall.
"Lav," he said nervously. "I'm still coming up with only two. Why are there only two? The bloody creepy house ate one of our children!"
"That's ridiculous," Lavender said, but her blood went cold as the kids came into view and she realized just who was missing.
"Lucy... Lorne... Where's L'Elle?" she said slowly, her heart feeling as if it were about to beat out of her chest. "You know you have to watch her. She's your little sister! Where did she go? And what were you two even doing down there?"
Her hands clenched into fists at her side, "You know you're not supposed to go past the boundary your father set up without one of us with you! What were you thinking?"
"Mum!" said Lucy plaintively. "It wasn't my fault. She was with me and Lorne one minute and the next she was just swallowed up!"
"What d'you mean, 'swallowed up'?" said Lee. He spun around to look at Lavender. "I told you! The house ate her! It's hungry for blood and vengeance. Clearly we've angered it! I knew I should have made you watch Poltergeist with me and Greg! Cautionary tale, that." He cupped his hands around his mouth. "L'Elle! Can you hear me, love? Go into the light!"
Lavender rolled her eyes, crossing her arms over her chest in disgust at his accusations. She had grown up in this house and nothing had ever happened to her. Why would it suddenly gain sentience now? But, if that was so, why did she feel so.. panicked?
"I'm sure the house didn't eat her. She must have just ran off somewhere. You know how curious she is," she said, though she knew that even that presented a whole new set of problems, "But just in case..."
She cupped her hands over her own mouth and called out as well, growing more and more concerned as the minutes passed. Then, just as she thought she might really begin to lose it, Lorne tugged on her sleeve.
"Mummy?" Lorne said softly, looking at his feet, "I think I know where 'Elle went."
"Where’s that, Lorne," said Lee, dropping down to one knee to look him in the eye. "Where did she go? The attic? Was it one of the long hallways? Not the one with the gargoyles, was it?"
Lorne looked up at his dad with tears in his eyes.
"No, not that one," he quivered, "The short hallway on the north end. The one with all the green x’s painted on the doors."
He looked up at his mum then, "I keep telling her not to go down there. I promise! But she says the house likes to play with her, and that’s where they like to play best."
Lavender eyes went wide at that.
"It likes to play with her?"
"I knew it!" said Lee. "The bloody thing is alive! There has to be something we can do. Lav, take the kids to the bunker. I’m going in!"
"Oh, hush! There is no bunker," Lavender scolded, running a shaking hand through her hair nervously. "And I'm not letting you go down that hallway alone. There's a reason all those rooms are quarantined, and Greg's not here to help, so it's going to have to be me."
She pulled Lucy close to her side, squeezing her shoulder tensely for a moment before letting go.
"Be a good girl and take your brother back into the kitchen so you can finish your dinner," she said quickly. "When you're done, call for Glicket to take you back to your bedroom and stay there until we get back, do you hear me?"
Lucy nodded tearfully, then grabbed Lorne's hand and dragged him down the hall in spite of his protests.
Lee looked at Lavender. "My brave, beautiful Crumpet," he said. "Are you sure about this. If anything happens to you, baby, I'm never gonna forgive myself."
"I'm sure," Lavender said softly as she stepped closer to Lee, resting her head on his shoulder, "Nothing is going to happen to me. I lived in this house my whole life and I always felt perfectly safe."
She wrapped an arm around his waist as she looked up at him, "It just makes me wonder what it is about L'Elle that has awoken this. It makes no sense."
"She's a special kid," said Lee, wrapping his arms around her shoulders and pressing a kiss to the tip of her nose. "She's got her mother's good looks and brains and her father's... Well, she's got her mother's good looks and brains. What house in its right mind wouldn't want to eat her?"
"She's got her father's reckless streak, is what she's got," Lavender said with a soft laugh, even as she straightened up and pulled away, "And the house didn’t eat her. I know it hasn't. Now, let's go find her."
***
Three hours, two broken sneakoscopes, and half a dozen coconut cream pies (which Lee was very put out about having to sacrifice) later, all three children were tucked safely and comfortably into their beds. Lee took off his shirt, flung it onto a chair in the corner, and flopped onto the bed on his back.
"I'm telling you, Crumpet," he said, resting one hand on his stomach, the other falling lazily above his head, "this house will be the death of me."
Lavender unbuttoned her pants and shimmied them off, throwing them onto the same chair along with her blouse and bra before climbing onto the bed and laying down next to Lee.
"Only because you seem to insist upon it," Lavender said with a laugh, laying her head on his chest. "L'Elle told me that the house was nice and she liked playing with it. It really was a little overboard when you threw that fifth pie at it. It might never play with her again."
"Hey, you make it sound like I wanted to give up my pies," said Lee, running his fingertips lightly down her side. "I love pie." His fingers came to rest at her hipbone for just a moment before gliding back up, straying just far enough to graze the swell of her breast.
"But you don’t come between a man and his children," he said with a confident nod. "That’s the kind of length I’m willing to go to."
"Well, your pie sacrifice has not gone unnoticed," Lavender said with a grin, sitting up and throwing one of her legs over his. "So, what would my brave pie-throwing knight like as a reward?"
"Mmm," Lee murmured appreciatively, his hands skating over her stomach to cup her breasts. "I am definitely in the mood for Crumpet." He licked his lips and shifted his hips a little bit as he gazed up at her.
Lavender arched her back, pushing herself into his caress. His shifting hips pressed against her as she straddled him and she moaned appreciatively, her eyes locking with his.
"How do you want me?" she breathed, her hands smoothing up his arms to cover his hands with hers, "Any way you want."
Lee grinned, his mind whirling with a dozen different options at once. Suddenly, he sat up and pushed her hair back over her shoulders, brushing his lips across her temple.
"Summon that Gryffindor tie, love," he murmured.
"Oh my..." Lavender whispered, pressing against him as she grabbed her wand off the nightstand and summoned the tie from a trunk in the corner.
It flew into her hand and she ran it through her fingers, looking down at him with a smirk.
"What now, my love?"
"Mmm," said Lee, looking her over thoughtfully. There were so many things he wanted to do tonight.
"Get on your hands and knees, Crumpet," he said, taking the tie. "And put your hands up on the headboard."
Lavender leaned down to kiss Lee one last time before complying and climbing over his legs, kneeling down on the bed and looking back at him and smiling.
"Is this the only clue you’re going to give me?" she asked with a laugh.
"For now," said Lee, lazily drawing the tie back and forth across her back and arse as he got to his knees. He leaned over her, rubbing his erection into the cleft of her arse as he reached up her body to tie her wrists securely to the headboard.
He traced the path of her spine with his fingertips, stopping at the small of her back.
"You are so lovely, Crumpet," he murmured. Then he gave her a firm swat. "I love you."
"I love you, too," Lavender breathed as she strained against the tie, trying to get closer to him.
Her back arched as he swatted her, and she let out a low moan.
"Please... more..." she begged. "You always know just how I like it."
"Oh, yeah," Lee breathed, shifting in his jeans as his cock swelled even further. They’d been married ten years and he still couldn't get over how hot his wife was. He gently rubbed his palm over the dark pink mark on her arse, then pulled back and smacked her again.
"Scream for me, baby," he said, and he struck her again.
Lavender cried out in pleasure as Lee’s hand made contact with her arse, and she strained once again against her bonds.
"Lee... please," she moaned. "Fuck me already. I need it."
"Oh, hell, Lav." Lee unfastened his jeans and shoved them roughly down around his knees. Then he grabbed her hips, tilting them up, and pulled her against his pelvis, rubbing his cock against her wet, slick heat before thrusting forward, hard, and sliding inside her.
"Oh, fuck, baby," he panted. "So good, Lav. Always so good."
"Oh! Oh god, baby!" Lavender cried as he penetrated her, the sting of the tie cutting into her wrist only adding to her pleasure as she pulled against it, "Please don’t ever stop. Harder. Faster. Please."
"Never gonna stop," Lee said hoarsely, gripping her hips hard as he pulled her back down on his cock again and again. This was so brilliant he couldn’t even stand it, and he bit down on his bottom lip until it hurt, trying to distract himself from coming right away.
"Fuck, baby, fuck..." He leaned forward, draping his weight over her body as he reached around to squeeze her breast with one hand, the other sliding between her legs. "Can't touch enough of you, Lav."
"Good," Lavender groaned, arching back into him and moaning as he squeezed her breasts. His probing fingers finally found the right spot as he fucked her just like she wanted and she just couldn't take it anymore.
"Oh god... fuck, fuck, fuck," she cried as she finally came, pulling against the bonds and throwing her head back as her body trembled in pleasure.
Lee grunted as her body tightened around him, driving into her harder and faster, nipping at her shoulder with his teeth and lips as he rode out her orgasm with her. He mouthed his way up to her ear, nudging her hair out of the way with his nose before running his tongue along the shell of her ear.
"God, baby. I could stay inside you forever," he rasped, and then he felt that tugging sensation in his balls, and a few deep, hard strokes later, he was coming inside her, calling out her name as he ground his hips against her arse.
"I wouldn't mind that at all," Lavender panted as his hips finally stilled against hers, her head turning until she was able to press a kiss to his temple, "Though I think the kids might have something to say about that."
Lee chuckled and pulled out of her, reaching up to untie her hands before falling down to the bed and pulling Lavender on top of him.
"That's true," he said. He wriggled around with her until they were warm beneath the blankets, and gently stroked her hair back from her face.
"And Merlin knows we're going to end up spending enough on therapy bills what with them growing up in the same house as Luna and all."
"Oh, I think they're going to be just fine," Lavender said with a sigh, laying her head down on his chest and snuggling down under the covers. "There's nothing wrong with any of us."
Lee kissed her forehead and sighed. "'Night, Crumpet."
She looked up at him as he kissed her forehead and smiled.
"Goodnight, sweetheart. Sleep tight."
